It is going to be interesting. I will be working with the three bosses of the Mix who are all in their early thirties. And they are a mix lot of men...........I mean they come from three different ethnic backgrounds but were classmates and school mates since they were kids.

Sreejith, whom I am constantly in charge is casual in his approaches though he modestly told me that "I am the bad guy amongst the three of us". Sreejith runs several businesses like bakeries, supermarkets, take away delicatssen and restaurant.
Faisel, the soft and gentle big boy amongst the three is a trader and travels quite a bit for work. He knows quite a lot about spices and tea and oils! He is always teased for having small 'Chinese' eyes and I think his eyes sort of becomes small when he smiles happily.

Atheeqe whom I met only on one occasion was full of food stories from his travelling experiences. He also shared little bits and pieces of news on Mangalorean cuisine and had promised to invite me to his house on my next trip to experience it. He is in the electronuic business.
I am looking forward to working with this team - all with different experiences and I am sure together we will make THE MIX one of the most successful chain of bakeries in UAE and outside of it.
